As a receptionist you are the centre of information. You have a passion for giving the best service possible to the guest, you are good at solving problems and not afraid to be hands on. You have experience in working with administration and numbers and are a fast learner in new computer systems. Working as a receptionist requires that you speak French on a high level.

Job description

Typical work tasks as a receptionist:

  • Greeting guests and handling check in/check out
  • Having contact with suppliers such as ski rentals or car rentals
  • Handling bookings & cancelations both over phone and email
  • Working close with the housekeeping team
  • Solving problems for our guests and being a "local expert"
  • Administrative tasks such as end of day reports etc.
