Who can work as a Kids Club Leader?

You’re a positive and playful person who loves spending time with children – and knows how to balance fun with responsibility. You create a safe and inclusive environment where every child feels welcome, and you stay calm even when things don’t go as planned.

Swedish is required for this role, as you'll be leading activities in Swedish.

Job description

Typical work tasks for a Kids Club Leader:

  • Participating in the welcome meeting and talking to guests and kids
  • Leading the adventures during the day such as treasure hunts etc.
  • Being present at movie nights and theme-dinners
  • Working close with the activity team
  • Opening and closing the kids club house

What will we expect from you?
  • You are patient, curious and positive person
  • You have a passion for working with kids
  • You are flexible and ready to help out in unforeseen situations
  • You have previous experience in a similar role
  • You are safety-conscious
  • You have a drivers license
  • You speak English, if you speak Swedish and/or French that is a big plus
  • You see the value in working abroad – building international experience, expanding your network, and growing both personally and professionally
