Langley hotels and resorts are looking for one more person to strengthen our HR-team, the main responsibility will be to work on the recruiting process for all positions to all our nine hotels. You will report directly to our HR-manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure the recruitment process from start to end following the established guidelines
- Go through applications through HR-system and email
- Conduct interviews regularly
- Post work adds frequently on Langley website, LinkedIn and social media
- Sourcing/head hunt specific roles
- Create and administrate contracts and other documentation according to the established procedures
- Sourcing trainees/internships from different schools
Requirements:
- Previous work experience from the hospitality business
- Relevant education and /or work experience from HR/recruiting
- Experience in working in an industry with high staff turnover
- Experience in working in a multi-cultural company
- Professional level of English, another language is a plus
